How R6 Siege Ranks Work
Rainbow Six Siege uses a competitive ranking system with 8 tiers: Copper, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Emerald, Diamond and Champion. Each tier (except Champion) has 5 divisions. Your MMR (Matchmaking Rating) determines your rank – win matches to gain MMR, lose matches to drop. Ubisoft resets ranks at the start of each season (roughly every 3 months), requiring players to complete placement matches again. The majority of players sit in Silver to Gold, while Diamond represents roughly the top 1% and Champion the absolute elite. Our custom-built accounts are available at any rank tier.
The Most Valuable R6 Skins
Black Ice is the most iconic and desired skin in Rainbow Six Siege. Originally available during Operation Black Ice (Year 1, Season 1), these weapon skins can now only be obtained through Alpha Packs at an extremely low drop rate. Having multiple Black Ice skins on an account significantly increases its value. Glacier is even rarer – these were exclusive to the Season 1 Pro League sets and are completely unobtainable today. A Glacier skin on any weapon is considered the ultimate flex in R6.

Platforms & Cross-Progression
Rainbow Six Siege supports cross-progression between PC, PlayStation and Xbox through your Ubisoft Connect account. This means your operators, skins, rank and progress transfer across platforms. However, crossplay is only available between PlayStation and Xbox – PC players are matched separately.
