1. Provider and scope

These Terms apply to all purchases, custom requests, ticket checkouts, shop listings, digital account handovers and related support services offered by ALVIRAN – Kerim Akgül, sole proprietor, Germany. We provide digital services and digital content only. No physical shipping is offered.

2. What ALVIRAN provides

ALVIRAN provides access to selected digital gaming accounts and related digital services. Depending on the listing or accepted ticket offer, delivery may include game login credentials, linked email access, account recovery or security information, screenshots, account details and a private handover page.

We do not sell physical goods. We also do not claim affiliation with Riot Games, Ubisoft, Epic Games, Roblox Corporation or any other game publisher. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Shop listings

Shop listings show the account details available before purchase, such as game, rank, region, platform, skins, screenshots, inventory information and price. A shop order is placed when you enter your delivery email, accept the checkout terms and complete payment. After successful payment confirmation, ALVIRAN starts digital delivery immediately.

Stock is limited. If a listing is no longer available, already sold, locked by another checkout or cannot be delivered automatically, we may cancel, replace or manually review the order.

4. Custom ticket requests

A custom request ticket is a request for a matching account or digital service. The first ticket submission is not automatically a binding purchase. A binding purchase is made when you accept an offered match or checkout price and complete payment through the ticket checkout.

The ticket system may store your email address, selected game, platform, region, desired rank or items, budget, notes, messages, uploaded images, selected offer, coupon, price, payment status and delivery status.

5. Prices, taxes and currencies

Prices are shown at checkout before payment. Depending on your location and available methods, prices may be displayed or charged in EUR or another supported currency. Unless stated otherwise, no VAT is charged pursuant to Sec. 19 German VAT Act (small-business scheme).

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately at checkout. Available payment methods may include cards, wallets, Klarna or other local methods through Stripe, and PayPal where enabled. Some payment methods require a secure redirect, additional authentication or asynchronous confirmation.

If a payment is flagged, incomplete, mismatched, reversed or disputed, ALVIRAN may pause delivery or move the order to manual review until the payment status is clarified.

7. Digital delivery and access email

After successful payment, ALVIRAN delivers digitally. For shop orders, the system prepares a private access claim and sends an access email to the checkout email address. The access page requires the access code and the same email address before credentials can be revealed.

The access code is normally valid for 30 days. If it expires or the email cannot be found, contact us at [email protected].

8. Customer duties after handover

You must check the delivered access promptly, follow the handover instructions, change passwords where possible, secure the linked email, enable two-factor authentication where available and avoid sharing, reselling or disclosing credentials. Issues caused by ignoring handover instructions, sharing access or changing security settings incorrectly may fall outside the additional guarantee.

9. 14-day guarantee

In addition to mandatory statutory rights, ALVIRAN provides a 14-day guarantee for verified access issues reported within 14 days after digital delivery.

  • Covered examples: non-delivery after successful payment, invalid credentials at handover, missing linked email access where included, or immediate access failure shortly after delivery despite following the handover steps.
  • Resolution: ALVIRAN first verifies the issue, then attempts to restore access or provide an equivalent replacement.
  • Refunds: a refund is issued only if restoration or a suitable replacement is impossible, fails or cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe without significant inconvenience.

This guarantee does not limit any mandatory statutory consumer rights.

10. What is not covered by the additional guarantee

The additional 14-day guarantee does not cover issues caused by sharing or reselling credentials, failure to follow handover steps, device-side or ISP problems, VPN or region restrictions outside our control, wrong product selection despite clear listing information, or third-party publisher/platform enforcement if the delivered service conformed at handover and the enforcement was not caused by ALVIRAN.

11. Withdrawal for digital content and services

Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content and digital services, this right expires early where the legal requirements are met, in particular if you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal expires once digital performance begins.

By ticking the checkout acceptance box, you expressly request immediate digital performance after successful payment and acknowledge that delivery may begin immediately by preparing or sending the access code, private delivery page, credentials or by starting the requested digital service. Your statutory rights for defective digital content or services remain unaffected.

12. Digital product rights

Mandatory statutory rights for digital products and digital services remain unaffected, including remedies if the digital content or service is not conforming at the time of delivery or performance start.

13. Third-party platforms

Gaming accounts and services may be subject to publisher, game, console, marketplace or platform rules. ALVIRAN does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee future decisions by publishers or platforms. Bans, restrictions, region locks or enforcement actions are not automatically a defect if our service conformed at delivery and the issue was caused by third-party enforcement or customer conduct.

14. Fraud, abuse and payment disputes

In cases of suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment use or payment disputes, ALVIRAN may submit relevant order records, payment records, delivery timestamps, access logs, consent records and support correspondence to payment providers, advisors or competent authorities where necessary for contract handling, fraud prevention or legal defence.

15. Age and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for using the delivered access lawfully and in accordance with applicable platform rules.

16. Liability

ALVIRAN is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence, ALVIRAN is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent legally permitted.

17. Data protection

Information about the processing of personal data, ticket data, payment data, access logs, security records and consent records is available in our Privacy Policy.

18. Governing law and dispute resolution

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer’s habitual residence remain unaffected. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
