We explain our decision and how to provide further evidence.
ALVIRAN operates an independent gaming account shop. We review reports about our listings, images and editorial content. We do not present ourselves as an official publisher service or claim that a publisher approves account transfers.
Game names and marks identify the relevant games. A publisher notice does not grant a license to artwork, remove another party’s rights or override a publisher’s account terms. Read the publisher notice ↗
Identify each affected URL and the specific content, explain the alleged rights or legal issue, and include relevant evidence. Give a contact name and email so we can follow up. You can report a concern even if you are not the rights owner; tell us your relationship to the report.
For rights claims, identify the owner and the original work or mark, and explain your authority if you represent someone else. We may request additional information. Do not submit knowingly false allegations.
You receive a reference after your report is saved. Reports are reviewed by our team; the form does not make automated legal decisions. Where warranted, we restrict a listing, remove or replace affected material, or request clarification. Clear unlawful content and valid legal orders require prompt action.
We record our decision and its reasons, and respond through your supplied contact details. We may contact a relevant contributor or rights owner where necessary to investigate. Repeated substantiated issues can lead us to stop using the affected content source.
If you disagree, send additional evidence or a request for reconsideration to [email protected], quoting the reference. We review reconsideration requests manually. Independent advice and competent authorities or courts remain available.
The optional US copyright section collects the information typically required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3): your signature, identification of the original work and affected material, contact details, and the required good-faith and authority statements.
This reporting channel does not assert that ALVIRAN qualifies for a US liability safe harbor or that its provider contact is a registered US designated agent. Whether a statutory notice or counter-notice procedure applies depends on the service and applicable law. We assess such requests accordingly. A removal is not automatically reversed by a general objection.
For a statutory US counter-notice, contact us with the reference; it can require a signature, identification of removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury, contact details and jurisdiction / service-of-process consent. The statutory reinstatement timeline, where applicable, is subject to legal proceedings. Obtain advice before submitting legally binding declarations.
The provider identified in our Legal Notice is responsible for handling these reports. We process contact details, allegations, evidence and review records to investigate and respond, meet applicable legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims. The legal bases, as applicable, are Article 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are protecting rights and maintaining a lawful service.
Report contents are stored encrypted and accessible to authorized staff. We do not publish your contact details or automatically forward them to other parties. Necessary information may be shared with relevant contributors, professional advisers, rights owners or authorities where legally required or needed to handle the case. Avoid sensitive personal information unrelated to the report.
Closed cases are normally eligible for deletion 12 months after closure and communication of the decision. Active listing restrictions, documented legal preservation requirements and ongoing disputes can require longer retention. Our inbox maintenance removes eligible records. Security rate limits use a digest of the client IP where available, rather than storing it in your report.
Your rights and further processing details are set out in the Privacy Policy. Contact [email protected] for privacy requests.
