Game names and trademarks
Third party game names and trademarks are referenced solely to identify the games associated with listings and to describe relevant account details. No publisher partnership, approval, sponsorship or authorization is claimed. This notice does not itself create a right to use any trademark or a general fair use permission. Any referential use must comply with applicable law and honest commercial practices.
Publisher account rules
Publisher terms prohibit account sales or transfers. A publisher may take action that affects account access. These are publisher rules and enforcement decisions, not guarantees made or controlled by ALVIRAN.
Images and listing evidence
Listing screenshots are presented to document the specific inventory and access details offered. Third party game content, names and visual elements remain the property of their respective owners. Their presence does not indicate publisher approval.
ALVIRAN account guarantee
The ALVIRAN account guarantee is provided by ALVIRAN and is separate from publisher rules or enforcement. Its scope, eligibility requirements and remedies are explained in the ALVIRAN guarantee and refund terms. Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights.
Rights holder contact
Rights holders can send a precise request identifying the protected material, the affected URL and their authority to act through the ALVIRAN contact page. Requests are reviewed promptly.
