There is no map ban in standard Competitive matchmaking. That means the useful goal is not mastering everything at once. It is having one default attack idea, two defensive anchors and a comfortable agent option for every active map.

Which VALORANT maps entered and left Ranked
The rotation matters because old lineups and saved plans can become a distraction. Keep useful fundamentals, but do not train the previous pool while the live queue is asking a different set of questions.
Summit arrived as the new Act 4 map. Sunset returned to the Competitive and Deathmatch rotation.
