Keep the uppercase letters and every hyphen. Submit each reward separately.
Restart VALORANT if the item does not appear immediately after a successful claim.
Why a Pride code may not work
Most failures come from a simple mismatch, a previous claim or campaign availability. Work through these checks before assuming the code itself was fake.
Copy the full code without spaces before or after it. Do not replace the 26 with a code from an older year.
A valid claim on the wrong account will not move to the account you meant to use.
The title, spray and cards appear in different customization sections and may already be owned.
