What eDPI means in Valorant
eDPI is your mouse DPI multiplied by your Valorant sensitivity. It is useful because 400 DPI with 0.70 and 800 DPI with 0.35 both create 280 eDPI.
eDPI alone is not the full story, but it is the fastest way to compare Valorant settings without caring which mouse DPI someone uses.
Why cm/360 is better for real aim feel
cm/360 tells you how far your mouse moves on the pad for a full turn. This is the cleanest way to compare sensitivity across games because each game uses a different yaw value.
Valorant rewards crosshair placement and small corrections, so many players prefer a controlled sensitivity instead of extremely fast wrist-only movement.
How the converter works
The converter uses the yaw value of each game and your DPI. It first calculates the physical turn distance of the source setting, then creates the target sensitivity that matches that distance.
This is why copying the same number from CS2, Apex or Overwatch into Valorant usually feels wrong.
How to test a new Valorant sensitivity
Do not judge a new setting from one deathmatch. Use the range first, then play a few normal matches and watch whether your first bullet accuracy and micro-corrections improve.
If you keep overflicking, lower eDPI slightly. If you cannot clear corners without dragging your arm too far, raise it slowly.
