What Festival Battle Stage was before it went offline
Battle Stage was Festival’s player-versus-player format. Public matches began with up to 16 players competing across a four-song setlist. After each song, the four lowest-scoring players were eliminated until one player remained.
Every participant played the same randomly selected song from Festival’s featured rotation but could choose a part and difficulty. Owned Jam Tracks could not be inserted into the public selection, which prevented a player from gaining access to a custom song advantage.
Four elimination rounds reduced the field until the final surviving performer won.
Players could target opponents to disrupt scoring while improving their own score opportunity.
Private Battle Stage matches allowed a player-created setlist with the party.
