VALORANT Premier 2026: V26A4 Dates and Playoffs
Know the few dates that change your team's plan, build a roster that survives a real schedule and make the first Premier night feel calm instead of improvised.
V26A4 starts July 1. Your exact Premier night lives in the client.
Teams on the regular Premier Score path qualify for August 16 Playoffs with at least 600 Score. Contender and Invite teams use placement, start their Playoff route on August 15 and return August 16 if they advance. The Premier Hub is the final authority for your zone, time and map.
Know the few dates that actually change your plan
You do not need a wall of calendar screenshots. You need the stage start, the Playoff route your team is on and the habit of checking the in-client Premier Hub before every match. These are the current V26A4 anchor dates from Riot.
Weekly V26A4 matches begin. Build the roster early enough to avoid a first week scramble.
Teams with at least 600 Premier Score qualify for the regular Playoff route on this day.
Placement decides qualification. Round one is August 15, then finals for advancing teams.
Treat the Premier Hub as the only schedule that matters
Match windows depend on your team's zone. Riot can also set the live map and queue details in the client. A saved image or forwarded message is useful for a reminder, but the Premier Hub is what the whole roster should verify before a match.
Confirm the exact window and map with the full roster in the same call before you start warming up.
A team can change zone before the first match, but the zone is locked for the rest of the Stage after that match.
The owner or captain should post the final time, map and roster availability in one clear team message.
Build a roster that survives a real schedule
A Premier team has five to seven players. Five eligible players can queue. Six or seven give the team coverage when work, connection problems or real life remove someone at the last minute.
Handle the team, zone, invites and captain role. The owner does not need to be the highest ranked player.
A sixth player is coverage. A seventh protects the night from the absence nobody could predict.
Division and roster changes become more restrictive after the first match, so avoid last minute experiments.
Give each Premier slot a clear responsibility
The point is not to force one agent forever. It is making sure the team can explain who creates space, who controls sightlines, who gives information, who protects the flank and who makes the final call.
Sets the default, resets the plan and makes the final call when information conflicts.
Commits first with support behind them instead of waiting for the round to stall.
Owns sightline control and says when smokes create a route the team can use.
Turns utility into an information window the team can move through together.
Protects the route behind the team and gives the defense a reliable delay plan.
Covers availability and map specific comfort without making the team's structure disappear.
A simple Premier match-night routine
Check availability before anyone loads into the warmup. Know the backup path before it becomes urgent.
Use one attack default and one retake or defense call. A short plan beats a silent five stack.
Agree how the team calls mistakes and resets after a bad half. Calm communication is part of the setup.
Reach 600, then show up August 16
The 600 Score rule is for the regular Premier path. Contender and Invite teams qualify through placement instead, so standings matter more than applying the same number to every team.
Riot says teams with at least 600 Premier Score qualify for Playoffs on August 16. Do not stop taking weekly matches seriously.
Round one is August 15, with finals on August 16 for teams that advance.
Use the in-client Premier experience for your live qualification state and current match information.
