Cancel Fortnite Crew: What You Keep and What Ends
Canceling renewal and losing access immediately are not the same thing. Start with the end of your paid billing period.

Find the purchase platform and end date
Check the subscription receipt and billing settings. Use the cancellation route for that platform, then save its confirmation. Deleting Fortnite or signing out does not cancel a recurring subscription.
Record the date through which the paid period remains active. If you intend to claim a reward, compare that date with the reward requirement and season deadline. Do not plan only around the day you pressed Cancel.
Claimed cosmetics and future rewards differ
Under normal cancellation, already claimed cosmetics are not the same as unclaimed premium rewards. Keep a record of what is in your Locker now. An advertised reward you have not earned or claimed should not be counted as owned.
Epic distinguishes subscribers from before and after the December 2024 change. Do not apply an older “keep the whole season’s premium access” explanation to every current subscription. Check your subscription history and the official Pass-reward help page.

Cancellation is not a refund request
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact the relevant purchase-platform support with the order reference. Simply canceling renewal does not automatically refund the period already paid for. A refunded or reversed purchase may affect associated entitlements differently.
Before unlinking a console account, resolve any active Crew subscription following Epic’s instructions. Keep account changes separate from billing troubleshooting so you can show which purchase and subscription need attention.
