Fortnite Skin Styles Missing or Locked? What to Check
Owning an outfit and unlocking every appearance are different things. Read the condition attached to the exact style.

Is it another outfit or a style?
Search the base outfit name first. Then inspect the styles offered for it and compare the exact names with your purchase or reward description. A color variation shown in promotional material can belong to a style menu rather than a separate Locker slot.
Check that you are selecting the right outfit version. Similar characters can have multiple releases with different appearances. A style for one release does not establish entitlement to another outfit with a similar name.
Read the lock as a requirement
Record what the locked tile asks for: a quest, pass reward, level or another condition. Then check whether that requirement belongs to the current season and whether your account can still complete it. Do not assume all styles unlock through extra XP.
If a style is included in a purchased pack but absent from its edit menu, keep the receipt and contact Epic. If it was a previous-season challenge reward, buying another cosmetic does not reopen the old challenge.

Keep a style-level collection record
For any inventory review, show the outfit and its unlocked variations together. A single thumbnail can conceal a locked version. State the exact style you care about instead of treating every possible variation as already owned.
If you want a future shop return, distinguish a possible rerelease from restoration of an old unlock track. The returned version may offer different styles. Inspect the actual shop offer when it appears rather than relying on predictions.

Will leveling up unlock an old seasonal style?
Not when its original seasonal challenge is no longer available. Check the specific requirement.
Are Super Styles ordinary pack styles?
No. They belong to their pass reward conditions, which need a separate check.
