Fortnite Skins Missing? Check Your Account and Locker
A skin hidden by a filter is not the same problem as an item missing from the account. Check the simple causes first.

Identify the item and the account
Write down the outfit’s exact name and how you obtained it: shop purchase, pack, pass or another reward. Use a receipt or an older Locker screenshot if available. A similar-looking style can be part of another outfit, so compare names as well as images.
Check the Epic account ID and connected platform in your account settings. A console display name can change without identifying the underlying Epic account. If you recently changed devices, compare the account rather than assuming every sign-in method reaches the same inventory.
Reset the view before changing connections
Remove active sorting and filtering choices in the Locker and apply the reset. Check the archived category as well. Search for the exact outfit, then open its styles if the missing appearance is a variation rather than a separate item.
These checks are reversible and help establish what is actually missing. Do not disconnect a platform as a first experiment. You could replace a straightforward display issue with an account-linking problem.

Report an actual missing purchase clearly
If the item is still absent on the correct account, send Epic Support its name, purchase or claim date, receipt and the checks you completed. Keep screenshots focused and hide unrelated financial information.
Avoid paying for the same item again or using a third-party “inventory restore” tool. An account access problem needs recovery through Epic, not a new purchase. ALVIRAN cannot restore an Epic entitlement or override an item removal.
