A matching weapon skin does not automatically include the attachment finish shown next to it. Inspect both items.

Three different parts of one loadout
Separate the weapon finish, the attachment finish and the functional attachment choice. A collection count for one category does not establish the other two. If an inventory comparison simply says “matching setup”, ask which cosmetic items are actually owned.
Make the comparison with a loadout you use regularly. A finish that looks good on a preview can be less noticeable on the sight or barrel combination you prefer. Appearance is a personal choice; it should not be used as a claim about recoil or damage.

Preview the combination, not just the thumbnail
Open the operator and weapon you plan to use, then inspect the available customization categories. Try the intended cosmetic where the client allows it. Take a clear screenshot of the result and a separate ownership view if you need to document the collection.
Do not infer compatibility with every attachment or future weapon from a universal-sounding name. If the option is absent on the selected loadout, verify the item description and its actual supported use before assuming a synchronization problem.
If an owned finish is missing
Confirm the active Ubisoft account, then check the relevant Locker and customization category. If the item was purchased, retain its confirmation and exact name. Compare the same weapon on each platform instead of comparing unrelated operators.
Avoid buying the cosmetic again before identifying the problem. A missing option, a missing inventory item and an unequipped item need different checks. Ubisoft Support can use a precise account and item report much more effectively than a screenshot captioned “my skins disappeared”.
