Rainbow Six Siege / Practical guide
R6 Credits Not Showing After Purchase? What to Check
You bought R6 Credits, the store charged you, but the balance has not changed. Check the transaction and account identity before paying again.
In this guide

Separate a charge from a completed order
Start in the store where you made the purchase. Compare the order status, product name and timestamp with your payment record. A payment notification alone is less useful than the store’s completed transaction entry. A pending or failed order belongs in a different troubleshooting branch from a completed order with no in-game delivery.
Also check what was purchased. A cosmetic bundle, Membership payment and a standalone Credits pack are different products. Do not infer a promised Credits amount from the total paid. Record the actual product and quantity shown on the order.
Verify the linked account without unlinking
Compare the platform account used for the purchase with the Ubisoft account used by Siege. Cross-platform content sharing depends on the relevant accounts being linked correctly. A familiar display name is not sufficient evidence; use the account identifiers available in your account settings.
If you discover a mismatch, record it before changing anything. Unlinking and relinking as an experiment can obscure the original problem. Ask support which account received the entitlement rather than attempting to move a purchase by trial and error.
A short delivery checklist
Restart Siege to refresh the visible balance, then compare the result with the exact amount purchased. Use the table to choose who should investigate next.
| What you see | Next action |
|---|---|
| Order pending or failed | Check the originating store’s transaction status |
| Completed order, wrong platform account | Document the account mismatch |
| Completed order, correct account, recent purchase | Restart and monitor delivery; keep the receipt |
| Still missing after 24 hours | Contact Ubisoft Support with transaction evidence |

Send evidence that answers the right questions
Include the purchase platform, product, Credits amount, transaction ID, time and the Ubisoft account concerned. Attach the completed order and a current balance screenshot. Say whether restarting changed anything and whether the expected increase is fully or partly missing.
Send private purchase information only through the official support channel. Do not buy the same pack again to test delivery, publish payment details, or delete the original order email. If a second purchase already happened, list the two transaction IDs separately so support can distinguish them.
Frequently asked questions
Should I purchase the pack again?
No. A second order does not diagnose the first and can produce two separate charges.
Who can resolve a missing Credits purchase?
Use the originating store for order-status issues and Ubisoft Support for a completed purchase that has not appeared in Siege.
