How to Equip R6 Elite Gadget Skins and Find Missing Items
An Elite uniform is equipped, but the gadget still looks ordinary? Check the device cosmetic separately before assuming that the bundle is missing.

Separate outfit, device and celebration
A cosmetic set can contain several independently identifiable pieces. Before changing anything, identify the piece you are trying to see: uniform, headgear, weapon skin, gadget or victory celebration. A portrait preview does not establish that the device cosmetic is selected.
This matters especially when mixing a bundle with other owned cosmetics. Make a small checklist instead of repeatedly equipping the same uniform. It lets you distinguish “owned but not selected” from “not present in the inventory” without purchasing the set again.
Find the gadget cosmetic in the Locker
From the main menu, open the Locker and look for the operator or device customization corresponding to the gadget. Ubisoft lists device cosmetics, including unique abilities and gadget skins, in this area. Menu labels can change between languages and updates, so follow the item category rather than an old screenshot.
Inspect the entry itself. Is the cosmetic marked as owned? Can you select it? Does the preview change? After selecting it, check the actual deployed gadget in an appropriate mode. A preview and a live device are different views; use both to describe a display problem accurately.

Choose the next check from the symptom
The same “Elite skin missing” description can refer to different problems. Start with the row that matches what you can actually observe.
| Observation | Next check |
|---|---|
| Uniform present, gadget unchanged | Check the separate device selection |
| Gadget entry present but locked | Compare the exact bundle contents and purchase record |
| All bundle pieces missing | Check purchase completion and linked Ubisoft account |
| Preview correct, deployed gadget wrong | Record operator, cosmetic, mode and game version |

If it is still missing
Restart the updated game and verify which Ubisoft account your platform uses. For cross-platform issues, compare account identity before changing any links. Unlinking accounts is a poor first diagnostic step because it adds another variable.
For support, collect the bundle name, purchase platform, transaction date and two screenshots: the owned item or receipt, and the missing or incorrect device entry. Never post a full receipt, account email or payment details publicly. The useful evidence is the difference between what was purchased and what the game currently shows.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to buy the Elite bundle again?
Not as a troubleshooting step. Establish whether the item is owned, selected or genuinely absent first.
Is an Elite gadget skin a gameplay upgrade?
Treat it as a cosmetic appearance. This guide is about selecting and locating that appearance, not changing gadget performance.
