Verify the channel before paying
Use Ubisoft’s participating-streamer list, then open the exact Twitch channel. Similar display names and reposted clips are not proof of participation. Availability can change, so an old video saying “get my charm” needs a current eligibility check.
Decide whether you want to support the creator as well as receive the charm. A subscription is a channel purchase, not an in-game pack with a selectable pool. Read Twitch’s own subscription and renewal terms before completing it.
Check the destination account
Write down which Ubisoft account you play on and which Twitch account is making the subscription. Confirm their link through the official account settings. A console profile name by itself does not identify the Ubisoft destination.
If several people use the same computer, sign out of the wrong session before linking. Do not send your password to a streamer or a third-party reward site. The official connection is enough; a stranger does not need account access to arrange a charm.
When the charm has not appeared
Allow the stated delivery window, then check the charm category in your weapon customization rather than looking for a new weapon skin. Record the exact charm name so you can distinguish it from similarly shaped items.
If it is still missing, collect the channel name, subscription confirmation, linked account and purchase time for Ubisoft Support. Hide unrelated payment details in screenshots. Repeatedly changing links creates more uncertainty; it is not a useful first troubleshooting step.
Frequently asked questions
Are streamer charms the same as Twitch Drops?
No. Follow the conditions for the specific reward; watching a Drop campaign does not replace a required subscription.
Should I subscribe again if the charm is missing?
Check eligibility, account linking and the delivery window first. Avoid a second payment just to troubleshoot.
