Hypixel SkyBlock Level and Net Worth Explained: What the Numbers Mean
SkyBlock net worth looks like an official score, but Hypixel does not publish it. Learn what SkyBlock level, profiles and modes mean, how net worth tools work, and why a profile can look poorer or richer than it is.

1. SkyBlock level, per profile
SkyBlock level is a progression number that comes from completing tasks, each of which gives experience once. It is shown on the profile, so two profiles of one player can have different levels. The community SkyBlock wiki lists 621.43 as the maximum obtainable level as of update 0.27.2. New XP tasks can raise it, so check a current source.
For a buyer the point is that a level is a statement about a single profile. Ask which profile it belongs to, and which profile the listing includes.
2. Profiles, modes and co-ops
A SkyBlock profile is a separate character with its own purse, bank, inventory and island. The community wiki describes four game modes: Classic, Ironman (no Auction House and no trading), Stranded (island only) and Bingo (temporary). A level or a coin total in Ironman is not comparable with the same number in Classic.

Co-ops need a member list. Hypixel's security guidance says to only invite people you truly trust to your island, and adds that a co-op member's rule-breaking may lead to a loss of your SkyBlock progress. Ask who the members are before you value a co-op profile.
3. Net worth is an estimate, not a Hypixel stat
Net worth is not a figure Hypixel publishes. It is calculated by third-party tools such as SkyCrypt, which read profile, museum and bank data through the Hypixel API and price the items from price data. SkyCrypt shows two numbers, a total and a non-cosmetic total, so the headline figure can include cosmetics that do not help in play.
Two consequences follow. The figure changes whenever prices change, and different tools can give different totals for the same profile. A net worth number is a snapshot, not a valuation.

4. API settings change what you see
In-game API settings decide what third-party tools can read. The community wiki lists toggles for skills, collections, inventory, the personal bank vault and the museum, and says they apply per profile. If the inventory or bank is hidden, a tool can only count what it can see.
That makes a low net worth ambiguous. It can mean a modest profile, or a profile with API access switched off. The reverse also holds: a high number shows what the API displayed at that moment. It does not show who controls the profile.
5. What Hypixel's SkyBlock rules say
Hypixel's SkyBlock rules list IRL or third-party trading under abusive gameplay. The server-wide rules also prohibit selling, trading or giving away accounts, and exchanging game content, items, currency or accounts through third-party platforms. A punishment may lead to the removal of stats, currencies or items. Hypixel's SkyBlock security article adds that buying coins, items or services from third-party sellers violates the rules and can result in a profile being wiped.
Hypixel's SkyBlock rules also say that players are responsible for the outcome of a trade and that lost profiles, items or coins cannot be replaced or reimbursed. Hypixel does not publish net worth, so no figure on a listing comes from the platform itself.
6. Five questions before you buy
- Which profile and which mode are the numbers from?
- Is the net worth from a tool, which tool, and is it total or non-cosmetic?
- Was API access on for the inventory, bank and museum when it was taken?
- Is the profile solo or co-op, and who are the members?
- What is the date of the screenshot, and how have prices moved since?
